Morgan McKinley is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the healthcare sector for a proactive and detail-oriented Clerical Officer to join their Recruitment Support Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in HR or recruitment to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
As part of the Recruitment Support Team, your responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process
Drafting and issuing offer letters and employment contracts
Coordinating pre-employment checks, including references, DBS checks, and occupational health
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on internal recruitment systems
Liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and internal departments
Supporting the scheduling of interviews and onboarding activities
Ensuring all documentation is completed in line with compliance and data protection standards
Responding to enquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
Previous clerical or administrative experience, ideally in recruitment or HR
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Confident communication and interpersonal skills
IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a busy team
A strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
