This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, providing exceptional service and support to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional responses to client requests.
- Maintain client records, update databases, and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training on systems or tools.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a client support, customer service, or administrative role (experience in professional or data-driven environments advantageous).
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
