In this key leadership role, you will oversee the end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring the seamless receipt, storage, processing, and dispatch of a diverse range of products. You will be responsible for driving productivity, maintaining high safety and compliance standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
Lead and manage all warehouse activities in line with company policies, procedures, and strategic objectives.
Ensure efficient space utilization, inventory accuracy, and optimal warehouse layout.
Oversee daily operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, kitting, value-added services, and distribution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.
Guarantee full compliance with ISO standards, health & safety regulations, hygiene protocols, and environmental policies.
Coach, mentor, and lead warehouse staff to maintain high performance, safety, and engagement levels.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity.
Prepare and present monthly operational reports and ad hoc analyses as required.
Recruit, train, and develop warehouse personnel, ensuring all certifications and training requirements are fulfilled.
Assign responsibilities and evaluate team performance to support individual and organizational growth.
Support senior management with additional assignments as needed.
Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in a Warehouse Manager role.
APICS or equivalent Supply Chain certification is a strong advantage.
Hands-on experience in Kitting and Assembly Operations is desirable.
Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs and operational performance metrics.
Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP/WMS systems is a plus.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and people management skills.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
Familiarity with ISO standards is advantageous.
