    Talent Enablement Advisor (HR Business Partner)

    About the Role

    This role is a maternity leave cover within a Dublin-based Talent Enablement team. Operating as a front-facing HR Business Partner / Senior HR Generalist, you will support a customer support operations group.

    You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, partnering closely with managers to deliver people strategies that enable business performance. The role combines hands-on operational HR delivery with opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives, particularly in areas such as management capability, team effectiveness, and performance culture.

    This is a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, requiring strong stakeholder engagement, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex, high-volume people matters with empathy and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    HR Business Partnering & Advisory

    • Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business areas within the Dublin operations team

    • Build strong relationships with leaders, providing coaching and guidance across the employee lifecycle

    • Support leaders in achieving business goals through effective people plans and initiatives

    • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, managers, and employees

    Employee Relations & Case Management

    • Manage and resolve employee relations matters, including performance concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution

    • Support underperformance processes, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)

    • Provide practical, compliant advice aligned with Irish employment legislation (with support from legal/ER teams as needed)

    • Handle a steady volume of complex cases, balancing quality and speed

    Performance & Talent Processes

    • Support and execute key HR cycles, including:

      • Mid-year and annual performance reviews

      • Calibration sessions (local and global alignment)

      • Promotions and talent decisions

    • Partner with leaders to drive a high-performance culture, including coaching on feedback, development, and accountability

    Leadership & Team Development

    • Contribute to initiatives such as management development programmes for frontline supervisors

    • Coach managers through people challenges, enhancing leadership capability and team effectiveness

    • Support onboarding and post-hire integration to ensure strong employee experiences

    Projects & Continuous Improvement

    • Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and initiatives beyond day-to-day operations

    • Support policy updates, documentation, and process improvements where needed

    • Identify trends and insights from employee data to inform proactive actions

    Collaboration & Ways of Working

    • Work closely with a distributed Talent Enablement team across multiple locations

    • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Employee Relations, Legal, Total Rewards, HR Operations)

    • Manage queries through multiple channels (e.g., messaging platforms, email, ticketing systems, meetings)

    • Participate in team huddles and maintain strong communication across time zones, including occasional collaboration with US-based stakeholders

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Strong experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist role, supporting business leaders directly

    • Solid background across core HR areas, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development

    • Working knowledge of Irish employment law and HR practices

    • Proven ability to manage complex and sensitive employee issues with sound judgment and discretion

    • Experience supporting high-performance, operational teams in fast-paced environments

    • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels

    • Ability to balance high-volume operational work with strategic contribution

    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience in multinational and/or fast-paced environments (e.g., tech, operations, or customer support organisations)

    • Exposure to European HR practices

    • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday (or similar)

    • Involvement in leadership development or organisational effectiveness initiatives

    Qualifications

    • 6-8+ years of progressive HR experience (flexible depending on depth of partnering experience)

    • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (Master's preferred)

    • Fluent in English
