We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Manufacturing, Quality & Engineering Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent across manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control, process improvement, and engineering functions. The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and operational roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for manufacturing, quality, and engineering positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitor hiring activity.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
Required Experience
- 5+ years recruitment experience within agency or internal roles.
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or technical positions.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing environments and engineering disciplines.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting within regulated industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or food manufacturing.
- Ability to evaluate technical competencies and industry certifications.
