Learning & Development Specialist
Morgan McKinley are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a successful and reputable organisation in Cork. This is a 12 month contract and your role will be responsible for supporting organisational learning, talent development, and employee capability initiatives.
The role partners with business leaders to identify development needs, design and deliver training programmes, and implement talent management processes that support organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver learning and development initiatives aligned with business and workforce priorities.
- Manage learning systems and promote engagement with digital learning resources.
- Conduct training needs analyses and coordinate training, coaching, and mentoring programmes.
- Support organisational change, leadership development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and report on learning outcomes and programme effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training compliance and support workforce development goals.
- Contribute to talent management activities, including performance development, succession planning, and career progression initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance employee capability, engagement, and organisational performance.
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years experience in a specialist learning and development position
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating training programmes and managing learning systems.
- Ability to analyse development needs and implement practical learning solutions.
- Strong organisational, project management, and reporting skills.
- A well-grounded understanding of contemporary Human Resource development processes and initiatives.
