Are you an experienced supllies officer with healthcare facility experience? Our busy private healthcare facility are looking for a temporary supplies officer to work within their team! This is a full time (35hr) role running for three months

We're looking for someone who has:

• At least 1 years' experience as a supplies officer
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Inventory and supply chain management experience
• Immediate availability to start.
• Full working authorisation in Ireland
• Full garda vetting

Roles and responsibilities

• Support and implentation of new supply chain management system
• Assist with developing key processes and procedures
• Inventory, supply chain and data management
• Strong record keeping and scheduling skills
• Competency in procurement e-system
• Maintaining audit trail, paperwork and relevant processes
