Job Title: Site Manager - Large Commercial Project
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Stoneybatter)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct staff.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

• Oversee scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting to senior management.

• Resolve technical and logistical challenges on-site to keep the project on schedule.

• Maintain clear communication with the client, design team, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large commercial or mixed-use projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, health & safety regulations, and project management.

• Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
