Service Designer (Manager / Senior Manager) - Permanent

We're hiring a Service Designer to join a growing transformation team, working across complex client engagements to design end-to-end digital services and experiences.
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on human-centred design, strategy, and stakeholder engagement, shaping customer journeys and delivering meaningful service improvements across digital and operational touchpoints.
You'll be working in a fast-paced consulting environment, partnering closely with clients to solve complex challenges and drive real business impact.
What you'll be doing
* Designing end-to-end service experiences across digital and operational touchpoints
* Using human-centred design to identify pain points and create innovative solutions
* Translating user research and insights into actionable strategies and designs
* Facilitating workshops and co-design sessions with clients and stakeholders
* Creating journey maps, service blueprints and prototypes
* Communicating ideas clearly through storytelling and presentations
* Driving continuous improvement across customer experiences
For more senior candidates
* Leading and mentoring teams of designers and cross-functional stakeholders
* Managing delivery, roadmaps, budgets and risks across projects
What you'll need
* Strong experience in Service Design (10+ years)
* Proven experience working with clients in a consulting or similar environment
* Strong understanding of design thinking, UX and Agile delivery
* Experience conducting research and translating insights into design solutions
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience with tools such as Figma, Miro or similar
