Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) - Major Infrastructure Project | Dublin

Overview:

A leading consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to manage commercial delivery on a major infrastructure development in Dublin. This role involves full lifecycle cost management across complex mechanical and electrical packages.

Responsibilities:

• Lead pre- and post-contract MEP cost management.
• Manage cost planning, tendering, and value engineering.
• Oversee contract administration, variations, and payments.
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Support and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 10+ years' experience, ideally in consultancy on large infrastructure or complex building projects.
• Strong MEP cost management background.
• Good knowledge of Irish contract forms (PWC, NEC, FIDIC).
• MRICS chartership (preferred).
