As a result of continued expansion, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Administrator to join their busy and dynamic sales team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting showroom activities, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing vital support to both internal and field sales teams.
This is a varied and engaging position that will involve:
Managing telephone, email, and website enquiries from customers and trade professionals
Generating sales quotations and processing sales orders
Conducting outbound telephone sales to promote new and existing products
Coordinating sales orders with the logistics department
Liaising with customers regarding stock availability, discrepancies, and alternative product solutions
Providing internal sales support to field-based sales representatives
Delivering product information and after-sales support to customers and end users
Proactively engaging in office-based selling initiatives to drive revenue growth
Handling customer pricing queries
Assisting with showroom activities as required

Experience or knowledge of bathroom/plumbing products is advantageous but not essential
Full training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure the successful candidate can excel in this role.
