About the role:
As Regional Sales & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance across a network of branches. You will lead sales growth, operational excellence, and team development in line with company KPIs.
Key responsibilites:
- Manage branch KPIs including sales, margin, stock, health & safety, and team performance.
- Support Branch Managers and staff development, fostering collaboration across all brands and locations.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, including builders, plumbers, and contractors.
- Assist with product launches, sales incentives, and ensure consistent in-branch presentation standards.
- Partner with stock management and HR to meet operational targets and training needs.
Experience required:
- Proven experience in a senior level role in sales, within the trades industry.
- Track record in managing and developing teams across multiple sites
- Ability to meet targets and drive sales
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in microsoft office including presentations
- Full, valid driver's licence
