    PR & Marketing Manager

    Location: City Centre (Hybrid - 2 days onsite / 3 days remote)

    Contract: 12 month fixed term contract (benefits included)

    The Role

    Our client is looking for an experienced PR & Marketing Manager to join their Client Services function. Reporting to the Client Services Director, this is a key leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation's PR and marketing strategy.

    The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across the business to position services and activities effectively through multiple communication channels. They will also lead a small team, ensuring high-quality delivery across corporate communications, brand initiatives, events, and digital platforms.

    The role includes direct line management of one team member, with responsibilities covering client onboarding communications, news and content development, corporate publications, and the successful delivery of the organisation's flagship 3-day annual conference.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, mentor, and support the PR & Marketing team.
    • Manage publications, digital platforms (website, social media), PR campaigns, and brand activity.
    • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, maintaining a strong and consistent public image.
    • Oversee external agencies and manage budgets in line with procurement requirements.
    • Support client engagement initiatives and oversee delivery of major events, including the annual conference.

    Skills & Requirements

    • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar PR/marketing role.
    • Proven background in marketing and brand management, including branding/rebranding projects.
    • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions.
    • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, project delivery, and organisational skills.
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to balance differing perspectives.
    • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and accountable for delivering results.
