Our client is a leading Irish supplier of process equipment to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. They pride themselves on delivering innovative solutions to their clients while building a strong, trusted brand. They are now seeking a creative and data-driven Branding & Digital Marketing Executive to join their team on a part-time basis (18 hrs per week, fully on-site).
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with analytics - from crafting engaging content to optimising digital campaigns that drive real results.
As Branding & Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in strengthening Flexachem's brand and digital presence across multiple channels. Working closely with our team, you'll manage website content, develop SEO strategies, create engaging campaigns, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Website & SEO
- Update and maintain the WordPress website with blogs, product content, and visuals.
- Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, metadata, and on-site optimisation.
- Use basic HTML/CSS for troubleshooting and enhancements.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Provide actionable insights and reports to inform marketing strategy.
Content & Branding
- Create SEO-friendly blogs, case studies, brochures, and digital assets.
- Maintain consistent brand tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging content in text, visual, and audio formats.
Social Media & Campaigns
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content for LinkedIn and industry-specific platforms.
- Manage follower engagement and interactions professionally.
- Run LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns to boost visibility and reach.
Marketing Strategy
- Contribute ideas and execute strategies to expand the brands presence within the pharma and process engineering sectors.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for content and campaigns.
Skills & Experience
- Marketing qualification with 2+ years' experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Proficiency with digital design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Hands-on experience managing B2B-focused WordPress websites.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create both technical and marketing content.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
