We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Receptionist / Admin Support to provide front-of-house and administrative support on a part-time basis (3 days per week: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday). The successful candidate will be professional, punctual and capable of handling a varied workload in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as receptionist/admin support for 3 days per week
- Answer calls promptly, professionally, and process them efficiently
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Manage reception area and ensure reception and meeting rooms are kept tidy at all times
- Book couriers and taxis and maintain accurate logs
- Sort, open, log, and distribute incoming post
Meeting & Office Coordination
- Book meeting rooms and organise refreshments, in-house sandwiches, and lunches
- Set up IT equipment for meetings
- Order office supplies
- Organise weekly staff lunches
Administrative Support
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Directors and their teams
- Prepare:
- Certificates of Payment
- Client and Contractor Agreements
- Opinions on Compliance
- Other RIAI regulatory forms
- Produce, edit, and format documents
- Printing, photocopying, scanning, filing, and binding
- Arrange travel (flights, hotels, trains) and prepare itineraries
- Arrange meetings on behalf of Directors
- Prepare expense and mileage claims
- Process credit card payments
Cover & Support
- Provide cover for the Post Room and kitchen during holiday periods and staff absences
- Assist the wider Admin team as required.

- Accurate typing skills
