My client is a reputable and well-established property management / real estate firm in Dublin that are seeking a proactive Property Administrator to join their growing team on a temporary basis.

As the Property Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Manager and the wider team with administrative coordination, tenant communication, lease management and vendor liaison - ensuring smooth day-today operations and high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support across a portfolio of commercial and/or residential properties.

Maintain accurate property, tenant, and lease records in the management system.

Assist with rent collection, invoicing, and processing of supplier payments.

Coordinate maintenance requests, contractor scheduling, and follow-ups.

Prepare reports, correspondence, and compliance documentation as required.

Liaise with tenants, property owners, and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.

Support the preparation of budgets and financial reporting as directed.

Contribute to smooth lease renewals, expiries, and other tenancy lifecycle activities.
What You Will Need:

Previous experience in an administrative role within property management, facilities management or real estate.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to property management software is highly desirable.
