    Excited to be partnering with an expanding firm who is looking to bring on a Program Director to their team.

    This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing complex transformation initiatives at a group level. Very strategic role who requires someone with proven program delivery experience in the funds space.

    You will need a mimimum of 12 years experience to hit the experience mark here, ideally a masters in Project Management or related area + a project management accreditation is preferred.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the delivery of major transformation programs within agreed scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring measurable outcomes and sustained benefits.

    • Develop and apply consistent frameworks and methodologies to support high-quality program execution.

    • Align cross-functional objectives through effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and clear prioritisation.

    • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators, budgets, and benefits realisation to maintain accountability and transparency.

    • Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and challenges to ensure smooth delivery.

    • Coordinate technology, infrastructure, and business system readiness to support program objectives.

    • Oversee resource planning and performance management, ensuring effective utilisation of internal and external talent.

    • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that values accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    • Maintain open, structured communication and governance to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned.

    • Promote creative problem-solving, inclusive decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and efficiency.
