Seeking a Process Analyst to join their newly established Transformation Management Office (TMO). As the execution engine for strategic delivery, the TMO is driving an ambitious business transformation programme to build next-generation products and seamless operational capabilities.
In this critical role, you will serve as the discovery and specification engine for the transformation, bridging the gap between high-level business outcomes and technical delivery.
Conduct workshops with SMEs and stakeholders to map "as-is" and "to-be" end-to-end (E2E) processes, identifying efficiency gaps and regulatory touchpoints.
Translate outcome-oriented goals into detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while maintaining a clear traceability matrix.
Act as the primary bridge between Product Owners and Technology teams to ensure a shared understanding of project goals.
Develop core project documents, including wireframes or mock-ups, to validate solutions with users.
Actively participate in UAT, coordinate testing activities, and perform walkthroughs of implemented controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
Partner with Data Analysts to quantify the impact of process changes and support the business in articulating clear benefits.
Expert proficiency in process mapping (BPMN 2.0) and requirements management tools such as Jira.
Strong understanding of financial services operations and regulatory constraints (e.g., GDPR).
Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and propose logical, compliant solutions with meticulous attention to detail.
Proven ability to influence decision-making and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in workshop facilitation, impact assessment, and hypercare best practices.
