Role Overview
This is a permanent Finance Transformation Director role with an emphasis on agile finance and performance management to global business services and digital finance strategy. The role is Dublin based with hybrid working.
Your key responsibilities
* Lead and deliver finance transformation engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and shaping proposals.
* Act as a subject matter expert on finance operations, technologies, and trends.
* Manage and mentor diverse teams, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative thinking to challenges.

* Experience leading full lifecycle transformation projects.

Ideally, You'll also have
* Professional qualifications such as MBA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA, PMP or Prince2.
* Experience in professional services or large-scale transformation environments.
* Familiarity with analytics, automation, and digital finance tools.
