About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support a senior leader within a dynamic and fast-paced organisation based in Blanchardstown. This is a 1-year fixed term contract offering a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to a senior executive.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Organise travel arrangements, expense reporting, and event logistics.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-ups.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional, discreet, and solutions-focused.
