Handle inbound calls from current and prospective members, providing high-quality support and upholding the brand's commitment to excellent service.
Accurately enrol members and update records in the system.
Respond to member queries with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure all payment details and transactions are correct and properly logged.
Keep detailed, up-to-date communication records on the database.
Participate in quality assurance programmes.
Actively contribute to improving processes and member experience.
Fast-paced team environment requiring strong communication and attention to detail.
Full-time permanent role; hybrid model (equipment provided).
Shifts vary (example: 8:00-4:30 or 9:00-5:30).
