Payroll Specialist: Southwest Dublin
We are looking for bright Payroll professionals within a multinational Retail company who are looking to take that next step in their career trajectory and enhance their payroll experience. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering accurate and timely payroll across EMEA. The ideal candidate will have strong query resolution skills, experience in a large corporate environment, and a commitment to payroll excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll for Irish and EMEA employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local legislation.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees and managers in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including HR and Finance.
- Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and reconciliations as required.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support payroll projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Checking gross to nets.
- Registering starters, leavers, and BIKs.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous payroll experience within a large multinational company.
- Strong query resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of EMEA payroll regulations; APAC exposure is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with employees at all levels.
- Desirable but not necessary: IPASS or equivalent payroll certification.
