This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner or Sales Support professional to join a growing and forward-thinking financial advisory firm. Working closely with the advisory team, you will play a key role in supporting the presale process, enhancing the client experience, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the advisory team in ensuring the presale process is consistently followed.
Liaise with clients throughout the process, assisting with the collection and preparation of required documentation (e.g. Statements of Suitability, compliance documents).
Partner with Financial Advisors to plan lead generation and actively review clients.
Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience using CRM and IT tools.
Liaise with life companies and the sales team to keep advisors up to date on market and product changes.
Support management in providing product and fund performance information to the team.
Maintain accurate CRM sales pipeline data and assist in reporting.
Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations and internal procedures.
Assist with cashflow modelling (Voyant) and client meeting preparation where required.
Identify cross-referral opportunities for clients to other business areas.
Demonstrable experience in the Life & Pensions broker industry.
Previous experience in a Paraplanner or Sales Support role.
QFA qualified (or exams completed).
Knowledge of financial products, markets, and compliance practices.
Experience with Voyant or similar cashflow modelling software.
Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Excel and CRM systems.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
