OpEx Lead

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Ireland, are seeking to hire an Operational Excellence Lead for their Dublin site.

We are delighted to partner with this manufacturing leader as they grow their team in Dublin.

Reporting to the Site Director, as OpEx Lead you will be responsible for the daily leadership and management of lean activities and projects across various production teams in line with strategic KPIs. Strong experience supporting diverse teams and projects in a fast-paced environment would be essential to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively mentoring and coaching department staff, ensuring efficient daily processes are activated for respective projects.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Effectively manage and report on projects to site leadership.
• Effectively use relevant technologies to assist continuous improvement projects.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in continuous improvement roles.
• Experience mentoring and coaching colleagues in operational excellence.
• Strong track record of Lean/Continuous Improvement practices.
• Relevant education and lean qualifications (Green or Black Belt).
• Proven planning and technical skills.
