We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will support the senior management team in streamlining daily operations, coordinating technical schedules, and ensuring our mobile assets and personnel are managed with maximum efficiency.
Scheduling & Maintenance Coordination: Organize routine servicing, technical inspections, and repairs for company equipment/assets. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining calendars to minimize downtime.
Data Management & Reporting: Capture and analyze operational data, including resource consumption and repair costs, within our management systems to help identify cost-saving opportunities.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all assets are fully compliant with legal requirements, including registration and insurance. You will manage accident processing and maintain meticulous digital and physical filing systems.
Vendor & Personnel Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for service providers and external contractors. You will also support personnel with scheduling, training, and competency testing.
Account Management: Liaise with allocated clients to handle daily requests and support the Operations Director with new orders and contract documentation.
Logistics Support: Assist in the delivery, reallocation, and movement of assets in coordination with our customer service team.
Experience: Proven experience in a high-paced administrative or logistics role is highly advantageous.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and the ability to quickly learn bespoke management software.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, internal staff, and clients.
Knowledge: A solid understanding of operational regulations and general maintenance workflows.
Education: Completion of the Leaving Certificate (or equivalent).
Driving License: A full, valid Irish Driver's License (Category B, Manual) is essential for this role.
