Our client, a distinguished and globally recognized law firm, is seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Legal PA to join their Practice Group Support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external clients, drafting sophisticated correspondence and managing queries with discretion.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with stakeholders to align on priorities, expectations, and future strategic planning.
- Foster a seamless hybrid working environment to ensure stakeholder needs are met consistently.
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end process for stakeholder requests, ensuring successful and timely conclusions.
- Empower the wider support network by effectively delegating tasks to specialized teams (Billing, Finance, Document Production) while maintaining ultimate accountability.
- Manage complex, multi-zone travel itineraries, mailboxes, and diaries, anticipating conflicts before they arise.
- Collaborate on the creation of high-impact pitches and PowerPoint presentations.
- Coordinate client events and marketing initiatives, managing digital working lists and attendee communications to ensure a seamless experience.
- Support the entire client-and-matter lifecycle, including electronic filing and financial administration in compliance with firm-wide policies.
What you will bring:
- Professional Background: Proven +3years experience as a PA within a comparable professional services environment (Legal, Finance, or Global Consulting).
- Client Service Excellence: A track record of exceeding expectations and proactively addressing client needs.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Teams and Copilot (AI integration).
- Problem Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement efficient solutions.
- Adaptability: The agility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
