    About the role:

    We are seeking a talented and commercially savvy National Account Manager to join a high-performing team on a 12-month contract. Based in Dublin, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a globally recognised FMCG brand.

    You will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships, developing strategic business plans, and delivering profitable growth. If you're a proactive, commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working autonomously this role is for you.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Build strong, sustainable relationships with key national customers.
    • Lead commercial negotiations and manage all aspects of customer events and interactions.
    • Develop and deliver customer strategic business plans.
    • Drive in-store execution and brand visibility.
    • Use data and insights to shape and evolve customer plans that grow market share.
    • Manage customer P&L and oversee customer investments and promotional spend.
    • Accurately manage accruals, pricing, and ensure trade term compliance.
    • Monitor in-month performance vs forecast and course correct where needed.
    • Lead and support key business planning activities, sales forecasts, store tracking, pricing, claims, contracts, etc.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years' experience in FMCG with a strong preference for roles in Customer Management and Customer Category Development.
    • Proven project and budget management experience.
    • Solid understanding of Category Management, including the use of shopper and retailer insights.
    • Strong commercial acumen with an eye for detail.
    • Excellent relationship-building skills.
    • Confident, persuasive communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
    • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
