    Morgan McKinley are working with a construction company who are looking to hire a Marketing Executive on a 12 month fixed term contract who will report directly to the Portfolio Marketing Manager. This role involves close collaboration with the broader marketing team and third-party agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns from initial awareness through to the full sales lifecycle across multiple developments and customer segments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the marketing team and agency partners in delivering marketing materials, including ATL, BTL, and location-specific collateral from sign-off.
    • Manage sales presentation content across external platforms such as property portals and websites, including those operated by third parties.
    • Maintain accuracy of development information on the company website, including guides, links, and registration forms.
    • Oversee lead generation in the CRM system and ensure accurate reporting.
    • Track and analyze enquiries, evaluating the impact of marketing and campaign activities on lead generation.
    • Conduct ongoing competitor and industry research, offering insights and analysis on potential impacts to the company's activity.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of annual marketing plans across multiple developments.
    • Support internal communication efforts as needed.
    • Manage content creation and day-to-day coordination and monitoring of both external social media channels and internal communication platforms.
    • Assist the Portfolio Marketing Manager in preparing creative briefs for external partners.
    • Work with sales operations teams to ensure timely production of campaigns and marketing materials in alignment with sales plans.
    • Coordinate with agency partners on scheduling and booking campaign activities.
    • Maintain a calendar of campaign deadlines and activities.
    • Organize photography, video, and virtual reality content as needed.
    • Monitor and update all active campaign initiatives.
    • Ensure consistent brand application across all projects.
    • Manage the filing and version control of marketing assets.

    Preferred Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in brand or marketing roles.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
    • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
    • Analytical mindset with a creative approach to marketing.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media strategy.
