Role Overview
The Marketing Insights Analyst is responsible for leveraging data from various sources to generate insights that guide commercial and marketing decisions. This role supports the marketing team by providing a deeper understanding of target markets and customer profiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams across marketing, product, and operations to gather, analyze, and interpret data, providing actionable insights to inform market targeting and identify growth opportunities.
- Work with data science and finance teams to design, implement, and maintain dashboards and reports that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs and define analytical requirements for targeted marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives, such as market entry and customer segmentation.
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to align marketing strategies with high-potential customer segments.
- Help develop and maintain a framework for measuring the success of marketing activities, covering both paid and organic media performance.
- Present research findings and insights to management and other stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with finance and other teams on pricing strategy, ensuring competitiveness and relevance across markets.
- Track industry trends and assess potential impacts on the business.
- Support leadership in crafting and executing data-driven strategies aimed at improving efficiency and profitability.
- Assist with ad-hoc analytical projects to support revenue growth initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in insights and analytical roles within a B2C environment.
- Familiarity with data sources and analysis techniques that drive commercial decision-making.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
- Experience with tools such as Tableau is preferred but not required.
- Background in fintech or financial services is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence and motivate others.
- Proven experience in shaping strategic decisions through data-driven insights.
Key Skills
- Strong numerical and data literacy.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
- Knowledge of regulated financial services environments is advantageous.
