Our client, one of Europe's leading Asset Management firms, are seeking to add an enthusiastic and hard-working member of staff to their Loan Administration department.
The successful candidate will posses as APA qualification in Loans and maintain a high attention to detail and accuracy when it comes to their work.
The Role;
- Manage daily banking operations including payment processing, reconciliations, refunds, account closures, and redemption activities in line with procedures and SLAs.
- Oversee shared mailbox management and maintain accurate operational records while supporting quality assurance and risk control processes.
- Collaborate with finance and operational teams to resolve unreconciled items and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Support customer-focused service delivery in a fast-paced environment while adapting to process and business changes.
- Utilise Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, to maintain reporting, documentation, and operational outputs.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to problem-solving, process improvement, and shared performance goals.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal abilities within banking and financial operations.
