The Role
You will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support, acting as the "engine room" for a portfolio of senior legal professionals. This role goes beyond basic admin; you will manage the full lifecycle of legal files and serve as a key point of contact for high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Mastery: Draft, format, and ensure the absolute accuracy of legal documents and correspondence.
- File Management: Manage the end-to-end file lifecycle using the firm's case management system.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a professional bridge between internal teams and external clients/stakeholders.
- Strategic Logistics: Manage complex diaries, travel arrangements, and detailed itineraries.
- Financial Admin: Process time records, billing requirements, and expense reports.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives under pressure:
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary (Property experience is highly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Office skills and proficiency with legal case management software.
