We are recruiting a Part-Time Practice Manager for a well-established medical practice. This role will be shared working in conjunction with one other Practice Manager, offering flexibility while still providing meaningful responsibility and impact.
The successful candidate will oversee the administrative and business operations of the practice, supporting high-quality patient care and smooth day-to-day running.
6 month contract initially with strong potential for extension

Location would suit those based in Watergrasshill, Little Island, Glouthane and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily practice operations and support a positive patient-focused culture
- Manage and support administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and rota planning
- Assist in setting and achieving financial and operational goals
- Maintain financial records, including budgets, billing, and payroll
- Manage patient records, IT systems, data protection, and patient concerns
- Ensure compliance with healthcare, health & safety, and regulatory requirements
- Support general office management and implementation of modern practice systems and procedures
About You:
- Previous management experience (medical background beneficial but not essential)
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and financial records
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working collaboratively in a shared role
- Professional, reliable, and positive, with a willingness to embrace change
