We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal & Business Affairs Administrator for a 6-month temporary contract. This role is vital in supporting the efficient operation of a legal and business affairs function, ensuring the timely delivery of contracts and compliance activities.
Responsibilities:
- Contract Support: Administer and track contracts, agreements, and payment-related documentation.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate filing systems and trackers to meet governance and audit requirements.
- Communication: Manage correspondence and information flows, ensuring timely follow-ups and quality-assured documentation.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with internal teams to progress projects and administrative requirements.
- Compliance: Support adherence to internal policies, including data protection and confidentiality
Requirement:
- Experience: At least two years of relevant experience in an administrative or support role within a legal, business affairs, or governance function.
- Education: A relevant third-level qualification.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Writing & Tech: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint/Teams) and the ability to draft professional, accurate correspondence.
- Attributes: High level of discretion, professional judgment, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Working Pattern
Hybrid working can be offered after onboarding stage: a minimum of two onsite days is expected each week with Wednesday the anchor day.
