IT Operations Specialist - Contract
A leading healthcare services provider is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to support the maintenance and development of its IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. This role is instrumental in monitoring a broad range of infrastructure and security toolsets while contributing to wider IT operations.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in IT Support or Cyber Security roles.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Intune, Conditional Access, and Entra ID.

Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, Firewalls, and IDS/IPS is highly desirable.

Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, OWASP).

Exposure to patching and vulnerability management tools is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:

Support maintenance of hardware, software, and systems.
-
Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT hardware and software.

Assist with procurement and asset management of IT equipment.

Liaise with external IT helpdesk and ensure SLA compliance.

Contribute to desktop, server, and application deployments.

Participate in disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP).
-
Support the development and maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Monitor and investigate threats with internal security teams and external SOC.

Document IT processes and procedures in line with ISO27001:2022.

Assist in the development of cloud platforms including MDM, Intune, and Microsoft 365.

Support patch and vulnerability management processes to maintain security posture.
