    IT Operations Specialist - Contract

    A leading healthcare services provider is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to support the maintenance and development of its IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. This role is instrumental in monitoring a broad range of infrastructure and security toolsets while contributing to wider IT operations.

    Key Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years' experience in IT Support or Cyber Security roles.

    • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Intune, Conditional Access, and Entra ID.

    • Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, Firewalls, and IDS/IPS is highly desirable.

    • Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, OWASP).

    • Exposure to patching and vulnerability management tools is advantageous.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support maintenance of hardware, software, and systems.

    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT hardware and software.

    • Assist with procurement and asset management of IT equipment.

    • Liaise with external IT helpdesk and ensure SLA compliance.

    • Contribute to desktop, server, and application deployments.

    • Participate in disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP).

    • Support the development and maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).

    • Monitor and investigate threats with internal security teams and external SOC.

    • Document IT processes and procedures in line with ISO27001:2022.

    • Assist in the development of cloud platforms including MDM, Intune, and Microsoft 365.

    • Support patch and vulnerability management processes to maintain security posture.
