    Human Resources Administrator - Temporary Contract

    Location: Dublin West (Hybrid)
    Salary: €36,000
    Duration: 3-4 month temporary contract (with potential to extend)

    Morgan McKinley is partnering with a well-known and highly regarded organisation to recruit a Temporary HR Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing HR team and gain valuable, hands-on experience across a broad range of HR activities.

    This role is based in Dublin West and offers a hybrid working model. Candidates must be available to start immediately.

    The Job

    The HR Administrator will provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team and assist in the delivery of HR services across the full employee lifecycle. This is a fast-paced and varied role, offering exposure to recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, compliance and HR systems, ideal for someone looking to build strong HR experience in a professional environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide high-quality HR administrative support to employees and HR colleagues
    • Support recruitment processes, including advertising roles and coordinating interviews
    • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Maintain accurate HR and payroll records in line with GDPR
    • Support payroll administration and HR reporting
    • Coordinate HR inductions, training and compliance activities
    • Manage shared HR and Recruitment inboxes and respond to routine queries

    Key Requirements

    Essential

    • Third-level qualification (NFQ Level 7 or equivalent), ideally in HR, Business or a related discipline
    • Minimum of 3 months' HR or relevant administrative experience
    • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
    • Intermediate IT skills (MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook)
    • Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland

    Desirable

    • CIPD Level 3 qualification
    • Experience using HR systems
    • Knowledge of Irish employment legislation and GDPR
