Our client is looking for a Head of Operations to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be targeted with improving operational performance, compliance, and sustainability outcomes whilst working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure operational excellence and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, engagement, and ongoing support across the business
• Manage escalations and resolve operational issues, including internal processes and equipment challenges
• Use data, KPIs, and reporting to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
• Oversee internal systems and data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain documentation, and support audit readiness
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, technology, finance, compliance, and customer teams
• Manage, coach and develop a team in customer service and operations

Requirements

• Significant experience in leading operations or customer service functions
• Proven project management and delivery experience
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive decisions
• Experience managing stakeholders and influencing outcomes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with internal teams and external partners
