Business Analyst

Morgan McKinley are seeking strong Business Analysts for a leading client with a strong presence in Dublin City. This is a highly visible piece of work as a part of a growing team.

The role: Rolling 6 month day rate contract

Location: Dublin city (x2 days onsite per week required)

Rate: DOE

The ideal candidate will be naturally inquisitive, customer-facing, and skilled at identifying inefficiencies, uncovering root causes, and translating business challenges into practical solutions and have a a strong background in process mapping, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities: include facilitating workshops, documenting and analysing current and future-state processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for optimisation, and driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be confident challenging existing ways of working and partnering with stakeholders at all levels to deliver meaningful change.

Exposure to automation technologies, AI-driven solutions, or digital transformation initiatives would be highly desirable. While deep technical expertise is not essential, an interest in emerging technologies and an ability to identify opportunities where automation or AI can improve processes and customer outcomes would be a significant advantage.
