We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support a leading global brand's design and creative team. In this role, you will help drive project execution, maintain schedules, and facilitate collaboration across global, cross-functional teams. You will be the glue that keeps creative projects organized and running smoothly from concept to final asset delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure smooth hand-offs across different stages of the design and creative lifecycle.
- Act as a central coordinator, aligning workflows between Creative, Design, Product Marketing, and Content Production teams.
- Maintain project dashboards, distribute weekly progress updates, and consolidate meeting notes and action items within 24 hours.
- Assist with daily administrative and planning tasks, utilizing RACI charts and project management tools (like Asana) to keep roles clear.
- Assist with setting up and managing AI assistants and digital agents to automate routine administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably within a design, creative agency, or marketing environment.
- Highly organized with exceptional time-management skills and the ability to break down complex workflows into clear, intuitive schedules.
- Clear, concise, and culturally aware communicator who thrives when collaborating with globally distributed teams.
- A steady, self-motivated team player who maintains composure in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Proficient with modern project management tools and enthusiastic about leveraging AI tools to optimize daily workflows.
