This is a senior, high-impact leadership role suited to someone who thrives in large-scale change environments and enjoys operating at the intersection of technology, transformation, and business strategy. The position combines ownership of technical delivery, stakeholder engagement, governance, and organisational change within a highly regulated environment.
Ideal profile:
* Senior technology or change leader with 10+ years' experience delivering complex transformation programmes within financial services or other regulated environments.
* Strong experience leading payments, transaction processing, or business-critical platform transformation initiatives.
* Proven track record delivering large-scale technology change across agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery environments.
* Strong leadership capability with experience managing multidisciplinary teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving delivery through complexity.
* Experience balancing strategic technology roadmaps, governance, risk, and operational priorities.
* Strong stakeholder engagement, commercial judgement, and execution capability.
* Familiarity with recognised programme and delivery methodologies (Agile, DevOps, MSP, PRINCE2, PMI or similar) would be highly advantageous.
