As a Digital Product Manager, you will take the lead on the strategic development, delivery, and optimization of our core digital web portal. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, front-end UX, and customer operations.
You will champion the portal experience across multiple customer domains (including user services, claims, and account management), transforming how we interact with our users online.
Responsibilities:
- Execute a comprehensive web portal product strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify user needs and market trends to constantly refine the portal roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional agile teams (Tech, UX/UI Design, Operations) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of portal features, enhancements, and optimizations.
- Own the portal product backlog. Break down large, complex requirements into actionable Epics and User Stories for the development team.
- Define portal KPIs. Regularly analyze user data and feedback to make informed decisions that remove friction and elevate the online customer experience.
- Act as the primary bridge between technical delivery teams and non-technical business units. Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Operations to ensure the portal meets all security and regulatory standards.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Digital Product Management role, specifically focusing on front-end web products or portal delivery.
- Extensive experience running workshops, managing backlogs, and leading agile ceremonies.
- Strong orientation toward user experience and front-end problem solving-this is a customer-centric delivery role, not an overly engineering-heavy position.
- Experience within regulated or customer-service-heavy sectors is a distinct advantage.
- Analytical, proactive, and commercially focused mindset with the ability to drive portal projects forward on your own initiative.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is desirable.
