    A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a senior finance professional to join a fast-growing FMCG business based in North Dublin.

    Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Head of Finance will take full ownership of the finance function while acting as a key strategic partner to the leadership team. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and supporting high-quality decision-making across the organisation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the company's financial reporting, ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual results
    • Deliver clear analysis on profitability, cash flow, margins, and cost performance
    • Produce insightful management reports and dashboards for decision-making
    • Partner with the Managing Director to provide strategic financial guidance
    • Evaluate projects and investments using financial modelling and commercial analysis
    • Support pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
    • Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and recommend actions to improve performance
    • Drive improvements in financial systems, reporting, and automation
    • Oversee Accounts Receivable and Payable to optimise cash flow and working capital
    • Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements
    • Liaise with auditors and external advisors
    • Provide financial input on payroll, compensation, and benefits
    • Maintain strong financial controls, governance, and audit readiness

    Candidate Profile

    • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified accountant
    • 5+ years' experience in a senior finance leadership role
    • Strong background in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting
    • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence decision-making
    • Experience managing AR/AP and working capital
    • Strong knowledge of tax, compliance, and governance
    • Advanced systems and reporting capability (ERP / BI tools)
    • Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
