The company is seeking a qualified Solicitor (in Ireland) with 1-3 years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience). They are looking for an Associate with a minimum of 1 year PQE as part of the continuing development of their Financial Services team.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
Fund Formation and Structuring: Assisting with the structuring and formation of various investment funds, such as private equity, hedge funds, venture capital funds, and real estate funds. This also involves advising on appropriate fund structures (e.g., limited partnerships, ICAVs) and related regulatory considerations.
Documentation Drafting and Review: Drafting and reviewing comprehensive fund documentation.
Regulatory Compliance: Conducting legal research and analysis on funds-related issues, including regulatory requirements and ongoing compliance matters under relevant securities laws (e.g., AIFMD in Europe) and other applicable regulations.
Licence Applications: Supporting applications for authorization by the Central Bank of Ireland for regulated financial services providers (e.g., AIFM, fund administrator, MiFID firm).
Debt Capital Markets: Supporting the formation of debt issuance vehicles and providing related legal advice.
Client Advisory: Providing strategic guidance and support to clients on fund governance and operational matters, including fiduciary duties, ongoing fund operations, and advising on appropriate fund terms.
Transaction Support: Assisting with fund mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings, including conducting thorough due diligence and providing transactional support.
Collaboration and Business Development: Collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (fund managers, investors, regulatory authorities) and actively engaging in know-how, business development, and thought leadership initiatives.
