Our client, a well-established hospitality venue, is currently seeking friendly and professional Front of House staff to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests, clients,and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently.

Managing the email inbox and responding to general enquiries.

Handling payments, operating the till and maintaining accurate records.

Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming front-of-house/reception area.

Supporting administrative tasks as required by management.

Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
You will have:

Previous Front of House or hospitality experience.
- Experience across Hot Soft software and or Oprea Cloud is essential.

Confident, well-presented and customer-focused.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
