This is a crucial support role where your dual language skills will be utilised daily to ensure the smooth running of office operations and administrative functions, particularly when liaising with French-speaking partners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the administrative support for the French-speaking team, managing professional correspondence, calls, and documentation in both French and English.
- Assist with the creation, formatting, and proofreading of sensitive business documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring adherence to corporate standards.
- Maintain accurate and organised digital and physical filing systems and databases, adhering strictly to compliance and confidentiality policies.
Key Requirements
- Absolute fluency in French and English (written and verbal) is essential.
- 1-2 years of experience in a general administration, customer service, or equivalent support role, ideally within the professional services sector.
- Full working authorisation in Ireland
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A professional, proactive, and discreet demeanor with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting confidently and effectively with senior stakeholders.
