Role Overview
You will support senior leadership in day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, smooth meetings, and a professional office environment. Acting as a central coordination point, you will help maintain high standards across communication, documentation, and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including diary and email management
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and organise materials and presentations
- Welcome clients and ensure a professional, well-managed office environment
- Prepare high-quality documents, reports, and PowerPoint presentations
- Support recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
- Assist with office management, suppliers, and general operations
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure tasks and timelines are delivered efficiently
