Provide clear, concise written and verbal handovers to colleagues.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and identify enhancements to job plans and spare parts for planned maintenance activities.
Support major equipment overhauls and coordinate external vendors while on site.
Contribute to the development of training materials and cross-train colleagues as required.
Assist colleagues and other functions with tasks such as equipment set-up, sampling, and cleaning validation activities.
Work effectively within cross-functional teams using Operational Excellence or continuous improvement methodologies to optimise processes.
Maintain audit readiness at all times by adhering to housekeeping standards and completing required training on schedule.
Minimum of a Level 6 Electrical qualification (or equivalent) with a strong mechanical aptitude.
At least 2 years' experience in a maintenance or engineering role within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Experience in regulated industries such as biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, medical device, facilities maintenance, or FMCG manufacturing.
