We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading educational institution looking to expand its international admissions team. Our client is seeking a high-performing, with Portuguese or Spanish knowledge, to be a Educational Sales Advisor with a strong background in B2C sales to drive enrollment growth within specific global markets.
This is a target-driven role ideal for a sales professional who enjoys the consultative nature of the education sector and excels at building long-term relationships with prospective students.
The role:
This role is for a motivated and results-driven sales professional, who really wants to specialise in direct student recruitment. This is a target-oriented position where success is defined by the ability to convert enquiries into enrolment students.
You will also engage directly with prospective students, guiding them through the decision- making process and confidently closing enrolments. This role is suited to an individual who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is motivated to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Management: Proactively manage a high volume of inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective students.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct high-quality consultations (via phone, online, and in-person) to assess student needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Conversion: Lead the conversion process by turning inquiries into applications, and ensuring those applications result in deposits and full enrollments.
- Objection Handling: Confidently address student concerns and provide the necessary support to help them make informed decisions about their education.
- Performance: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain impeccable records in Salesforce (CRM), ensuring the sales pipeline is accurate and reporting on performance metrics.
- Events: Represent the institution at recruitment events, open days, and student fairs (both internal and external).
- Collaboration: Work alongside the Marketing and Academic departments to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
What you will bring:
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is essential.
- Sales Background: Minimum of 3 years of B2C sales experience. While general sales experience is required, a background in Educational Sales is highly advantageous.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM systems is a must, with a strong preference for Salesforce.
- Target-Driven: Proven track record of working within a target-driven environment and meeting strict KPIs.
- Analytical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams.
