Distribution Specialist - Investment & Distribution Team
π Location: Dublin | π Full-Time Hybrid - 3 days max in office
We are working with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a talented Distribution Specialist to join their Investment & Distribution team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performing environment where you will support the delivery of the firm's distribution strategy, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to help drive sales, enhance client experience, and support commercial initiatives.
π· The opportunity
Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you will support the captive bank distribution network both in the field and remotely. You will:

Promote investment products through meetings, calls, events, and training sessions.

Develop and maintain commercial support materials, presentations, newsletters, and digital content.

Manage and update the Distributor Digital Platform with relevant, timely information.

Deliver training and post-sales support for Unit Linked products.

Extract and analyse sales and business data to monitor performance and identify opportunities.

Collaborate with teams across Investments, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and external partners.

Assist in the implementation of the annual Distribution Plan and contribute to broader team projects.
π· The ideal candidate
We are seeking someone who is:

Experienced in investment products and comfortable engaging with distribution networks.

A strong communicator and presenter, skilled at creating impactful commercial materials (including PowerPoint).

Familiar with investment products is essential

Confident with data analysis and business intelligence tools to support sales insights.
