Enhance digital touchpoints to improve loyalty and customer satisfaction.
Deliver segmented email/SMS campaigns and evaluate activity against KPIs.
Act as a key Salesforce CRM user, managing daily administration, reporting and future development input.
Support users across the business; this role operates independently and underpins business-critical processes.
Lead the customer finance renewals programme with targeted communications and dealer engagement.
Report monthly CRM and renewal performance to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, brand teams and technical colleagues on digital CRM initiatives.
Contribute to campaign copywriting, social media activity, website updates and online promotions.
Support occasional traditional marketing within a small, highly collaborative team.
Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is integral for the position.
Ideally 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing and/or CRM within financial services, but open to all industries.
Strong experience across social media, website management and campaigns.
