About the job
We are currently hiring on behalf of our client in Citywest for a Service Team Lead with a strong background in administration. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong technical skills and a proactive attitude.
In this role you will lead a team of support agents, while reporting to the senior leadership team. You will collaborate with colleagues in Norther Europe and will drive success in the team.
What will I be doing?
- Leading and developing the Customer Care team, providing training and ongoing performance feedback
- Coordinating and planning field technician activities ensuring optimised resource utilisation
- Reviewing, and establishing process improvement plans
- Working closely with other department leads to resolve customer issues
- Preparing reports to monitor team performance and reviewing KPIS
- Providing assistance with case escalations where required
- Promote a positive work environment ensuring safety procedures are followed
What is required of me?
- Previous leadership experience in a scheduling or coordination role
- Proven analytical and data-driven approach
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills; experience with ERP systems like IFS would be advantageous
- Excellent communicatiokills
- Full working authorisation in Ireland
